Who This Pathway Is For

- People capable of independence but needing structure
The Journey
- Phase 1 (0-6 months): Stabilisation & clinical engagement
- Phase 2 (6-18 months): Active skills acquisition - cooking, budgeting, travel training
- Phase 3 (18-24 months): Transition planning, housing bids, graduated independence
