We welcome referrals from commissioners, social workers, mental health teams, refuge workers, and housing officers. Self-referrals are also considered.
Admissions Process
Our streamlined process means placements can be confirmed within 72 hours for urgent cases.

Submit via email, phone, or form. Acknowledged within 24 hours.

Initial Screening
We review eligibility, funding, and pathway suitability.

Assessment
We meet the individual to assess needs and confirm placement.

Move-In
Property prepared, welcome pack ready, induction begins.
Eligibility Criteria
To ensure we can provide safe, effective support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Adults aged 18-65
- Eligible for Housing Benefit (or LA funding if NRPF)
- Primary need falls within one of our three pathways
- Willing to engage with support
- Capable of living in shared accommodation with support
- Medically stable
- Risk level assessed as low to medium
